To mark two years of Everything & Nothing, we’re offering one creative person or organisation a year of story-led support.

Not as a prize, but as a partnership.

This fellowship is our way of investing time, care, and experience in one piece of meaningful work, and sharing what unfolds along the way.

It’s about depth over scale. Relationship over reach. And seeing what becomes possible when a story is given space to be shaped well.

What the Fellowship Is

The E&N Story Fellowship is a year-long collaboration built around our Shape · Share · Show approach.

It’s not about outsourcing your marketing. It’s about working alongside you helping you find clarity, build confidence, and communicate your work in a way that feels true.

Over the course of the year, we’ll support you to:

understand the heart of what you’re building
find language that holds your work together
share your story with intention, not overwhelm
and bring that story into the world in a meaningful way

What’s Included

Shape

Story clarity and foundations.

We’ll begin with a deep dive into your work ... your purpose, values, audience, and the story you’re really trying to tell and shape a clear narrative you can return to throughout the year.

Thoughtful visibility and guidance.

Across the year, we’ll support you to share your work with confidence and care offering guidance on messaging, content, and opportunities, and helping you navigate visibility without losing your voice.

Show

Bringing story into the room.

Towards the end of the fellowship, we’ll work with you to shape a key moment ... an event, launch, or experience where your story can be felt as well as understood.

Alongside this, you’ll have gentle, ongoing support through regular check-ins and inclusion as a Stories in Practice feature in the E&N journal.

Who This Is For

This fellowship is for a creative person, organisation, or small team working on something meaningful, in music, culture, community, sustainability, or creative practice, who would genuinely benefit from story clarity and thoughtful support.

You don’t need to be polished.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You do need to be open to reflection, collaboration, and growth.

This isn’t for those looking to outsource all their marketing, or for work that doesn’t align with our values.

How to Apply

To apply, we ask for something simple and human.

Please send us either:

a short written submission (up to 500 words), or
a 2–3 minute voice note or video

Tell us:

what you’re building
why it matters to you
where you feel most stuck in telling its story

There’s no “right” answer. We’re not looking for polish, we’re listening for honesty.
